Shipping Policy
DELIVERY TIME Standard delivery time is within 2 hours from when Green Vigor receives the order. Orders placed after 6 pm will be accepted and delivered the following day.
DELIVERY FEE
1. Orders under 350,000 VND For orders under 350K, you will have to pay the delivery fee to the third party. The shipping fee depends on the delivery application (grap, bee,...)
2. Orders from 350,000 to under 1,000,000 VND - Free shipping for orders, delivery radius under 5km- Orders from 5-10km are the same price of 35,000 VND
3. Orders over 1,000,000 VND:- Free shipping for orders within a radius of less than 10km- Over 10km the shipping fee depends on the delivery application grab, bee,...
Free delivery:
+ Separate delivery (no combined delivery of other orders)
+ Fastest delivery time
+ Priority delivery compared to other orders.
Note: Free shipping programs will not be applied at the same time with promotions using vouchers on the app and website.- Orders in the Province: Green Vigor will be delivered to the bus station or shipping unit designated by the customer. Customers pay Green Vigor the order value and shipping costs in advance.
Return & Exchange Policy
We always strive to bring our customers the highest quality products and the best service. However, in actual operations, there will be times when there are unfortunate errors. Therefore, we have policies on returning products that do not ensure quality, making customers dissatisfied.
RETURN TIME:
* Within 01 (one) day:
- Any product quality errors: wilted or crushed fruit; bee stings leading to internal damage or defective packaged products.
- The store manager where the Customer purchased the product will contact the Customer directly to know the status of the goods and proceed with the fastest exchange or refund.
- If the products have exceeded the return period specified above since the date of purchase. If you purchase the product and it is not a product quality problem, Green Vigor hopes that you will understand, that we cannot process the return.
- We hope that you and Green Vigor will carefully check the goods when purchasing/receiving their goods to avoid confusion and pay attention to the RETURN TIME REGULATIONS mentioned above.
REFUND POLICY:
In case the order is canceled before confirming delivery:- Customers have paid via online e-wallets: Green Vigor will refund the amount you have paid- Customers have transferred money online: Please send additional transfer information including: Bank account number/ Beneficiary name/ Bank name/ Bank branch/ Phone number.
Payment policy
- Green Vigor's e-commerce website currently accepts 3 payment methods as follows:
+ Cash on delivery (COD)
+ Bank transfer
+ Online payment (VNPAY payment gateway)

After transferring, our staff will contact you to confirm payment and proceed with delivery. If after the agreed time we have not delivered or responded, please contact the hotline at 19009079 for support.- For customers who need to buy in large quantities, please contact us directly via hotline 19009079 for a reasonable price policy. Payment will be made according to the contract.
Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy“Green Vigor” is committed to the absolute security of customers' personal information according to the business's information protection policy and the provisions of Vietnamese law.
Specifically:
1. Purpose of collecting personal information
- The above data collection includes email, phone number, login name, login password, and customer address (member). This is mandatory information that members must provide when registering to use the service and to contact for confirmation when customers register to use the service on the application to ensure the rights of consumers.
- The application may request access to the Camera to take photos, scan QR codes.
- The application may request access to the Library/Memory to help users select and save photos to the device.
- The application may request access to a location to provide the most appropriate results for users. We do not share or store users' location information.
- The application needs to collect the user's name, phone number, and address to be able to process functions, sales operations, and customer care. These data will be stored on our system. We can share this data with the shipping unit to be able to deliver to customers.
- Data of conversations and uploaded photos of users will be pushed to our system. We only store, and do not share conversation data and uploaded photos for the purpose of helping users review their posted content.
2. Scope of information collection “Green Vigor” uses the information provided by members to:
- Provide services to members;- Send notifications about information exchange activities between members and administrators.- Prevent activities that destroy members' user accounts or impersonate members
- Contact and resolve with members in special cases.- Do not use members' personal information for purposes other than confirmation and contact related to transactions at "Green Vigor"
- In case of legal requirements: We are responsible for cooperating to provide members' personal information when requested by judicial agencies including the Procuracy, the court, the police investigation agency related to any violation of the law by the customer. In addition, no one has the right to infringe on members' personal information.
3. Information storage time Members' personal data will be stored until there is a request for cancellation or the member logs in and cancels. In all other cases, members' personal information will be kept confidential on our server.
4. Persons or organizations that may have access to that information– Partners who provide services to us related to order fulfillment and are limited to the scope of the necessary information as well as applying regulations to ensure security and confidentiality of personal information.
